To order on piattiprontichef.it just follow these simple instructions:

1. Choose the product from the “Ready Meals” menu or from the “Search the catalog” box. Use the filters in the left column to refine your search.
2. Add products to your cart directly from the product sheet or by clicking the “Add” button that appears in the preview. You can check the contents and total of your purchase at any time from the “Cart” menu.
3. Once you have completed your shopping, go to your cart and follow the procedures indicated to complete your order.
4. If it is your first time purchasing on piattiprontichef.it you will be asked to fill out the customer registration form. If you are already registered you will have to enter your login credentials and proceed with the order.

When placing your order, you can change the shipping address if it is different from the one you entered during registration.

By credit card
For credit card payments, we rely on the PayPal circuit which guarantees data confidentiality and transaction efficiency. It is not essential to have a PayPal account to use the service.
We recommend not to indicate the shipping address on PayPal: for the delivery only the address entered during the order will be taken into consideration. To change the shipping address, contact our sales offices.

Bank transfer
The IBAN to make the transfer, to be made out to Eurochef Italia SpA, is IT IT09Q0503459960000000057939 We ask you to specify your order number as the reason for payment.
To speed up the processing of your order, do not forget to send a copy of the bank transfer receipt by email to ordini@piattiprontichef.it. Failure to pay or failure to receive confirmation of payment will prevent us from completing your order. Therefore, after 5 days from the date of transmission, the system will automatically cancel the order if these conditions are not met.
We do not accept cash on delivery payments .

Deliveries and transport are carried out by Food Express couriers with refrigerated vehicles that fully meet the needs of transporting food products. Shipping costs in Italy are free for orders over €60.00. VAT included . For orders of a lower amount, a contribution of only €10.00 is required. VAT included .
