We ship our ready meals ALL OVER ITALY, including the islands, in 3-4 days. Orders are processed the day after purchase and as soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a tracking link to check the shipping status at any time.

All orders placed on piattiprontichef.it are delivered by refrigerated courier, so as not to interrupt the cold chain.

All our products can be stored in the refrigerator at 0+4° for 15 to 35 days, depending on what is indicated on the label. The same information is also indicated on the relevant product page. Our ready meals are preservative-free and undergo a pasteurization process that keeps them good, fresh and safe for longer.

Yes, you can freeze them and store them in the freezer for up to 60 days after the indicated expiration date. We do not recommend freezing steamed vegetables and all dishes based on sauces, such as Russian Salad, Country Salad, Cocktail Sauce, Vitello tonnato.
To prepare a product once frozen, remove it from the freezer and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before cooking and consuming it. Or place it in the microwave or oven with the defrost function, being careful not to microwave aluminum trays or plastic ones in a traditional oven. Then follow the instructions on the label to heat it.

Depending on the type of product, the dish can be heated in the microwave, in a traditional oven or in a pan. The tray contains all the instructions on cooking methods and times.
WARNING – Do not put plastic trays in the oven! If you want to use this preparation method, we recommend transferring the product to a suitable baking dish. Recipes packaged in aluminum trays are suitable for all modern types of microwaves and ovens.

If your order exceeds €60 including VAT (excluding delivery costs) delivery is free.

The minimum order allowed is €40.

The package will be delivered in 1-3 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the courier. For areas outside the normal delivery area, approximately 48/72 hours more are required. The date and time of receipt of payment are valid for the acceptance and processing of the order. To speed up the process, we recommend that you send us confirmation of payment as soon as possible.
