Courier and Costs
Deliveries and transport are carried out by Food Express couriers with refrigerated vehicles that fully meet the needs of transporting food products. Shipping costs in Italy are free for orders over €60.00. VAT included . For orders of a lower amount, a contribution of only €10.00 is required. VAT excluded . In the event of incorrect addresses or absence, a supplement for storage costs will be applied for the redelivery, to which the cost of the new shipment will be added. This condition is also valid in the event of a previous right to free shipping. The courier will carry out the redelivery following payment of the supplement.

You can benefit from reduced or free transport:
1) with a minimum purchase of €60.00 (VAT included)
2) with the purchase of a promotion that includes free shipping.
Express delivery throughout Italy
During the order process, you must indicate the address where the products will be delivered. Once we have received the credit on our account, we will entrust the goods to the carrier and ship the products to the desired address. ATTENTION. Deliveries are made by the carrier to the street level (no deliveries to the floor).
Receipt of goods
The customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging, the weight and the contents of the package. This must be done by opening the package in the presence of the courier and checking that the trays do not show any apparent damage. If the courier, in his full right, refuses to wait for the check, we recommend accepting the package with "Reservation of inspection of goods", adding the reason to the signature on the transport document (e.g.: "I accept with reservation due to open packaging"). If the delivery person does not grant this option and the package is visibly broken or wet, we recommend refusing delivery and informing us within 48 hours. We recommend signing with reservation of inspection even if the package is visibly intact. This protects both the sender and the recipient. Once the courier's document has been signed (even on electronic media), it will not be possible to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered item.
Delivery processing times
The expected delivery time to the indicated address is 1-3 working days from the date of entrusting the goods to the courier. For areas not included in the normal delivery area, approximately 48/72 hours more are required. The date and time of receipt of payment are valid for acceptance of the order. For bank transfers or PostePay top-ups, the goods will be put into production as soon as notification of payment has been received by fax or email and entrusted to the courier upon receipt of credit. We generally prepare the goods within 48 hours of receiving payment. It is advisable to ask for information on shipping before closing the order.
Important Information
To make sure you receive what you ordered as quickly as possible, we invite you to follow some tips:
- indicate an address where someone is always present to receive the package;
- the surname indicated must match the one indicated on the doorbell or intercom. If the courier does not find the name, he will return the package to the sender as "unknown address";
- add a telephone number to your details.
The goods always travel at the expense of the recipient buyer and at his risk. Eurochef Italia cannot be held liable for damage or loss of the uninsured product during shipping. Contracts relating to electronic commerce, due to the nature of such business, are concluded at the time and place of the beginning of the execution, that is with the passage of the product from Eurochef Italia to the courier who will handle the shipment. If the customer should receive the damaged goods, he will not be able to take action against Eurochef Italia, but only against the courier, pursuant to article 1693, paragraph I, of the civil code.
