Make a return

It is possible to return the goods received only if the non-conformity is reported to the seller within 10 days of delivery. The buyer is required to communicate the problems encountered related to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received by registered mail with return receipt.

After the checks and the written authorization of the seller, you will have to return the products affected by defects or deteriorated to the address within 10 days

enclosing the original shipping packaging.

The Seller will replace defective products returned by the buyer. If for any reason it is not possible to replace the product, the seller will proceed at its discretion to refund the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.

In case of failure or delay in reporting, you will not be able to return the products received.

Upon receipt of purchase

Upon delivery, you are required to verify the number of packages and carefully check the external appearance of the parcels. We recommend that you indicate on the waybill, the accompanying invoice or the transport document any sign of tampering, alteration or deformation that could suggest damage to the contents, and that you sign with the wording "Subject to inspection" to be able to verify the good condition of the goods at a later time.

If you sign the document without this wording, you will not be able to contest the external characteristics of what was delivered.
