Cuttlefish with peas is a second course of fish that combines land and sea and is proposed in every region with many small variations and secret ingredients. We prepare it by cooking the cuttlefish in a stew, with tomato, garlic, parsley, oregano and rosemary, for a full and decisive taste. Finally we add the peas, which give a little sweetness to the dish.
