Cuttlefish with Peas is an Italian dish that is appreciated and widespread in all regions. A second course of fish re-proposed with many small variations, but which represents the perfect union between land and sea. We cook the cuttlefish in a slow cooker, with a tomato sauce flavored with a classic soffritto and the Mediterranean aromas of garlic, parsley, oregano and rosemary, for a full and decisive taste. Then we add the fresh peas, which give sweetness and roundness to the dish.
