Our Stew with potatoes is the result of years of experience and passion for cooking. The beef is marinated in white wine and aromatic herbs, then cooked for at least three hours on a low heat with chopped onions, carrots, celery and garlic. The stew is then served with a side of baked potatoes: the perfect combination.
