Horse stew is a traditional second course that we prepare following an ancient recipe. The horse cut is marinated for hours in red wine together with onions and various aromatic herbs. The slow cooking of the meat allows us to preserve and enhance its flavor, with notes of character. Once cooked, we add a little tomato sauce to complete the dish. Horse stew is excellent with polenta, Chef's word.

Lift, remove or puncture the top film of the tray

Alternatively, pour the contents of the container into a pan and heat for about 4-5 minutes.
